JRFM Red Solo Cup Contest

I am brimming with excitement about this contest! I can barely contain it!! Now that it is underway, all of my previous questions have been answered.

If you aren't familiar with the game, here's how it works: there are 5 red solo cups, numbered 1-5. First thing in the morning, they put "WINNER" under (or IN?) one of the cups. If you are the lucky caller (no set number, they randomly pick a line) you get to pick one of the cups. If yours says WINNER, you instantly win a trip to Vegas, including air, hotel, food gift certificate, and show tickets. Ah-mazing!

If the trip is not won all day, as happened on Monday, the trip is left there till the next day, when another trip is put under a different cup. Yes, like Tuesday, there will be TWO trips to be won that day! The trick here is to listen every time so you know which cups have been tried already, just in case you get to play. And if you can't listen, just check my twitter or blog - I will let you know!

If you pick the wrong cup, you get nothing but you can play again. Good luck getting through - I try every time with 3 phones and haven't even gotten a ring! I am persistent though, and that often pays off...

Day 1: Monday, Jan 20th

7 am: not a winner
11 am: not a winner
2 pm: not a winner
5 pm: not a winner
7 pm: cup #4, not a winner

(I can't remember them all anymore, it's been a long day. LOL!)

Day 2: Tuesday, Jan 21st

7 am: cup 3, not a winner
11 am: cup 5, WINNER!! Way to go Michelle!!
2 pm: don't remember the cup #, not a winner
5 pm: cup 2, WINNER!! Congrats Susan!!
7 pm: no game (no trips left)

Day 3: Wednesday, Jan 22nd

7 am: Cup #3, not a winner
11 am: cup #2, not a winner
2 pm: Cup 1, not a winner
5 pm: Cup 5, not a winner
7 pm: Cup 4, WINNER!!!

Day 4: Thursday, Jan 23rd.

7 am: Cup 2, not a winner
11 am: cup 1, not a winner
2 pm: cup 5, WINNER!!!

Day 5: Friday, Jan 24th

7 am: cup 2, not a winner
11 am: cup 1, not a winner
